Order: Updated Product Hold Policy
This announcement outlines our updated Product Hold Policy effective March 6, 2026. Under the new policy, once an order reaches confirmed status, customers are entitled to a 30-calendar-day complimentary hold period. During this time, items will be reserved exclusively for the confirmed buyer. If payment or purchase completion is not finalized within 30 days, the hold will automatically expire.
