To provide more accurate order fulfillment information, we are updating our order confirmation process. Effective immediately, order quantity confirmation will be completed in the following two stages:

  1. Demand Confirmation After an order is submitted, we will first confirm the requested quantity based on the customer’s order details. This stage is for demand confirmation only and does not represent the final supply quantity.
  2. Supply Confirmation After internal evaluation and supply coordination, we will confirm the final quantity that can be supplied and complete the final order confirmation accordingly.

Process Update:

Previously, the order status was updated to [Confirmed] after the first demand confirmation. Under the updated process, the order status will be updated to [Confirmed] only after the supply confirmation is completed.

Impact on Customers:

  • Before the order status is updated to [Confirmed], order quantities may be adjusted based on actual supply availability.
  • The [Confirmed] status indicates that the order quantity has been fully confirmed and has entered the fulfillment process.
