Order: Updated Product Hold Policy

To further improve our inventory efficiency and ensure fair access to limited products for all customers, we will be implementing an updated Product Hold Policy starting March 6, 2026 (Friday).
This adjustment is designed to balance flexibility for confirmed buyers while allowing other customers timely access to high-demand items. Please review the updated policy details below:

The policy applies once an order reaches confirmed status. From that moment, the hold period will begin automatically.

Each confirmed order is eligible for a 30 calendar day complimentary hold period.

If the products are not fully purchased or settled within the 30-day hold period, the hold will automatically expire without further notice.
[Restocking]
Expired items will be returned to active inventory and relisted on our website. In most cases, these products may be offered at promotional or discounted pricing depending on market conditions.
[Auction Notification]
Once relisted, the system may notify other customers to participate in auctions or purchase opportunities for these items.
We understand that flexibility is important, and the 30-day hold period is intended to provide sufficient time for customers to finalize their purchasing decisions. At the same time, this policy helps us prevent prolonged inventory blocking and ensures fairness and availability for the wider customer community.
We strongly encourage customers to plan payments and confirmations within the hold window to avoid automatic expiration. Our team will continue working to provide transparent communication and a smooth purchasing experience.
