Important Notice:The new Membership Tiers and Points System will officially launch on April 16th. The Rewards Store and all redeemable items (including virtual coupons and physical goods) will be available simultaneously on this date.

Key Terms & Conditions:
- Validity Period: Tiers are calculated based on a rolling 365-day period starting from the date of the first order, not by the calendar year.
- Point Expiry: Membership points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any unused points after the validity period will be automatically cleared. As the points system has recently been launched, members are encouraged to redeem their points as soon as possible.
- Point Redemption Rules: Points can be redeemed for physical products, virtual products, coupons, and shipping vouchers. All redeemed items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. MACNN does not accept any return or exchange requests for redeemed items for any reason. For issues such as minor packaging damage, members are responsible for handling them independently.
- Credit Limits: The maximum amount for a single credit order cannot exceed the member's average monthly order value from the past 12 months.
- Compliance & Default Policy: Any overdue payment will result in an immediate tier downgrade.
- L3/L4 Default Penalty: If a Level 3 (VIP) or Level 4 (Partner) member defaults on a payment, they will be automatically downgraded to Level 2 (Premium), and all of their accumulated points will be permanently cleared.
- Membership Downgrade Due to Expired Points: If points expire and are cleared, membership levels from L1 to L4 may be adjusted according to the membership rules and account status.
- Partial Payment Policy for Overdue Orders: For orders that are partially paid and have exceeded the payment deadline, a maximum extension of 3 days may be granted. If the order remains unpaid after this extension, the order will be released accordingly. Any amount already paid will be retained as account credit and can be applied toward future orders. Please note that no refunds will be issued for such payments.
- Policy Updates & Final Interpretation: This membership policy represents the initial version and may be revised or updated from time to time. MACNN reserves the right of final interpretation for all matters relating to this membership program.
