The new Membership Tiers and Points System will officially launch on April 16th. The Rewards Store and all redeemable items (including virtual coupons and physical goods) will be available simultaneously on this date.

Key Terms & Conditions
- Validity Period: Tiers are calculated based on a rolling 365-day period starting from the date of the first order, not by the calendar year.
- Point Expiry: Points do not expire, but membership tiers adjust dynamically based on your rolling 365-day spending history.
- Credit Limits: The maximum amount for a single credit order cannot exceed the member's average monthly order value from the past 12 months.
- Compliance & Default Policy: Any overdue payment will result in an immediate tier downgrade.
- L3/L4 Default Penalty: If a Level 3 (VIP) or Level 4 (Partner) member defaults on a payment, they will be automatically downgraded to Level 2 (Premium), and all of their accumulated points will be permanently cleared.
