Key Terms & Conditions

  • Validity Period: Tiers are calculated based on a rolling 365-day period starting from the date of the first order, not by the calendar year.
  • Point Expiry: Points do not expire, but membership tiers adjust dynamically based on your rolling 365-day spending history.
  • Credit Limits: The maximum amount for a single credit order cannot exceed the member's average monthly order value from the past 12 months.
  • Compliance & Default Policy: Any overdue payment will result in an immediate tier downgrade.
  • L3/L4 Default Penalty: If a Level 3 (VIP) or Level 4 (Partner) member defaults on a payment, they will be automatically downgraded to Level 2 (Premium), and all of their accumulated points will be permanently cleared.
