  • Goods Retention for 30 Days:

We will gladly retain your goods in our warehouse for up to 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to take further action regarding uncollected items.

  • Storage Fees:

We offer free storage for the first 30 days. After 30 days, a storage fee will apply based on the standard rates.

  • Order Cancellation and Modifications:

For pre-orders, you may cancel your order without any reason within 7 days from the date of placing the order, during the cooling-off period.

For in-stock orders, you may cancel your order without any reason within 72 hours.

After the order is confirmed, cancellations or changes will no longer be possible. If a request for cancellation or modification is made after the cooling-off period, we may need to suspend or close your account. Please note that any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
