  1. Goods Retention for 30 Days We will gladly retain your goods in our warehouse for up to 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to take further action regarding uncollected items.
  2. Storage Fees We offer free storage for the first 30 days. After 30 days, a storage fee will apply based on the standard rates.
  3. Order Cancellation and Modifications You may cancel your order without any reason within 7 days from the date of placing the order, during the cooling-off period. After the order is confirmed, cancellations or changes will no longer be possible. If a request for cancellation or modification is made after the cooling-off period, we may need to suspend or close your account. Please note that any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
