Notice on Transportation Damage or Loss
----To protect our customers’ interests, in the event of full shipment loss, theft, water damage, or severe package crushing during transportation, customers are required to promptly provide clear videos and photos after receipt as supporting evidence, including but not limited to the outer packaging, inner contents, and shipping labels.
Upon receipt of complete documentation, our company will initiate a claim with the relevant freight forwarder, UPS, or FedEx as soon as possible.
Please note that failure to provide sufficient visual evidence may affect the claim process or outcome. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
