Our warehouse is located in a bonded zone in China — a special customs area used for cross-border e-commerce.

Goods stored in a bonded warehouse are legally considered outside of China’s domestic market, even though physically located within China.

This setup allows us to:

• Offer fast delivery to overseas customers,
• Avoid duplicate taxation,
• Maintain compliance with Chinese import/export regulations.

However, it also means we cannot send packages directly to Mainland Chinese addresses (like local freight forwarders) without triggering import taxes and clearance requirements.

Unfortunately, no. Although our bonded warehouse is located in China, it is part of a customs-supervised area, which means the goods are not yet officially imported into Mainland China. Shipping to a domestic address in Mainland China (such as a freight forwarder) would require us to declare the goods for import, pay 13% value-added tax (VAT), and complete customs clearance procedures.

This would result in significant additional costs that are not included in your purchase price, and we are unable to cover or facilitate this on your behalf.

We operate under FOB (Free On Board) terms.

This means:

• We are responsible for local handling costs, including product preparation, domestic transportation to the port, and export customs clearance.
• Once the goods are loaded onto the shipping carrier at the port of departure, all responsibility and cost transfer to the buyer, including international freight, insurance, import duties, and destination charges.

If you require other terms such as CIF or DDP, please contact us in advance and we’ll evaluate based on your needs.

The delivery time of the goods from different countries varies. However, in terms of hot wheels assortments, currently the fastest delivery is Chinese version, which is also the version we sent to online celebrity.

• Chinese version: Currently, for the vast majority of assortments the delivery time of the Chinese version is the fastest. However, the cost of the Chinese version is higher than HK version. For the same box of products, its price will be approximately $2 higher than the price we sell on our website. We cannot sell the Chinese version at the website price to customers. Regarding the Chinese version, our current focus is on the inventory goods. If you want to pursue a faster delivery time, we can also help you order the goods from China.
• Hong Kong version: The delivery time of the HK version is about one month slower compared to the Chinese version. So when you see the open case video of the influencer (especially Matthew), you can wait for about one month before the goods you ordered can be used. However, although the delivery time of the HK version is slower, the price is lower than that of the Chinese version.
• Japanese version: If you want to order the solid packs, we can only place an order with Mattel Japan. The delivery time of Japan version is the slowest. After the order is placed, it will take almost one month to arrive.

Our order process is as follows:

1. Pre-Order Phase

    We first release a pre-order announcement. You (the customer) will need to log into your account and place an order.

    Please note: We are not responsible for any cancellation or reduction caused by the manufacturer. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

2.  Order Confirmation

    Approximately 1 week before the goods arrive at our warehouse, we will start confirming all pre-orders. - If the incoming stock is sufficient, your order will be 100% fulfilled. - If the quantity is reduced by the supplier, we will carry out secondary allocation, and you will be contacted for confirmation.

3.  Logistics & Shipping Quotation

   After all orders are confirmed, we will begin preparing the shipping fee and logistics solution quotation. - If you accept the shipping quote, you can proceed with payment. - If not, you may request an updated quote from us or arrange your own shipping.

4.  Payment & Shipment

   Once full payment (product + shipping) is received, we will notify the warehouse to pack and ship your goods on the next working day.

Yes, if it's by air freight, we usually handle the shipment of your goods through FedEx/UPS. You need to pay the freight charges to us, and then FedEx/UPS will contact you to handle the customs declaration procedures. You can also use your own freight forwarding company. If it's by sea freight, we will provide the freight quotations from relevant freight forwarding companies.
